| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对5例结肠脂肪瘤的诊断与治疗作回顾性分析，总结出结肠脂肪瘤的临床特点及治疗方法。方法收集经我院诊治的5例结肠脂肪瘤患者的资料，对其诊断及治疗作分析总结。结果：结肠脂肪瘤主要表现为腹痛、腹部肿块、粘液血便及并发肠梗阻为多见，可通过纤维结肠镜、钡灌肠、CT等辅助检查加以诊断。治疗以手术为主，结论：结肠脂肪瘤无特殊临床表现，诊断困难，术前确诊率低，误诊率高。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the clinical characteristics of colonic lipoma and its therapeutic approach.Method Based on clinical data of five in-patients with colonic lipoma in our hospital from 1989 to 1999 collected admission record,we analyzed and summarized the diagnosis and therapy.Results The main manifestations of colonic lipoma included abdominal pain,abdominal mass,mucous bloody stool and complicated intestinal obstruction.It can be diagnosed by fibro-coloscope,barium enema examination and CT,etc.The treatment mainly dependent on surgery.Conclusion Colonic lipoma has not shown special clinical manifestation,its diagnostic rate is low in pre-operation and the misdiagnosis rate is much high. |
