摘    要:肿瘤坏死因子相关的凋亡诱导配体(TRAIL)是新的肿瘤坏死因子家族成员,共有5种受体,其配体-受体系统介导细胞凋亡。免疫细胞的凋亡异常与自身免疫性疾病的发生密切相关。以往研究主要集中在肿瘤的发生、发展和治疗等方面,近年来,TRAIL在免疫系统中的作用开始受到关注。现就TRAIL及其受体在免疫细胞凋亡中的作用及其与自身免疫性疾病发生和发展的关系予以综述。

Abstract:Tumour necrosis factor(TNF)-apoptosis-inducing ligand(TRAIL)is a new member of TNF superfamily,which has five receptors totally.Its ligand-receptor system can mediate the apoptosis of cells.The abnormal apoptosis of immunocytes is closely associated with the development of autoimmune disease.In the past,our research mainly focused on cancer,including its development,progression and treatment.Recently,we start to pay attention to the role of TRAIL in immune system.This review focuses on the role of TRAIL and its receptors in immunocytic apoptosis and on its relationship with the development and progression of autoimmune disease.
