补锌及补硒对婴幼儿铅中毒治疗效果分析

目的探讨补锌、补硒对铅中毒婴幼儿的治疗效果。方法将入选轻、中度铅中毒患儿随机分为病A组和病B组。病A组补锌、补硒治疗铅中毒,病B组通过进食有排铅作用的食物驱铅,并选择健康儿童作对照组比较。3组婴幼儿治疗前后分别测定血铅、血锌、血硒。结果病A组降铅效果明显优于病B组,治疗后病A组血锌、血硒接近对照组水平,而病B组血锌、血硒较治疗前还低。结论补锌、补硒治疗轻、中度铅中毒疗效明显且更合理。

Therapeutic effects of Zinc and Selenium replenishment on children with Lead poisoning

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effects of Zinc and Selenium replenishment on children with Lead poisoning.Methods:All chosen children with light or medium level Lead poisoning were randomly divided into patient group A and patient group B. Patient group A was treated with Zinc and Selenium replenishment and patient group B was treated by the lead-eliminating of food and the patient group B was further compared with a chosen healthy children group as a control group. All three groups were measured their serum Lead and Serum Zinc and selenium before or after the treatment.Results:Lead-eliminating effects of the patient group A were better than those in the patient group B and the levels of serum Zinc and serum Selenium were almost the same with those in the control group, in contrast the levels of serum Zinc and serum Selenium were significantly lower than before treatment for the patient group B.Conclusion:The therapeutic effects of Zinc and Selenium replenishment on children with light or medium level Lead poisoning are greater and reasonable.
