祛风止痛颗粒中草乌提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的确定祛风止痛颗粒中草乌提取工艺,为制剂后处理作准备。方法采用正交设计,考察乙醇用量、乙醇浓度、回流次数、回流时间对总乌头碱提取的影响。结果草乌提取工艺为:加10倍量70%乙醇,回流3次,每次1 h。结论草乌醇回流提取工艺简便可行,适合工业化生产。

Abstract:Objective To confirm the extraction process of Aconitine from Radix aconiti Kusnezoffii and make further steps to prepare.Methods It was studied that effects of determined content of Aconitine.The four factors,including adding alcohol amount(A),concentration of alcohol,extraction times and extraction time,were established with the orthogonal test.Results The best extraction process was to extract three times;adding 10 fold alcohol(70%)and to extract one hours each time.Conclusion This method is simple and feasible,being suitable for industrial production.
