妇产科临床见习教学中培养学生临床思维

摘    要:目的探讨如何在妇产科临床见习教学中培养学生的临床思维。方法中山大学附属第三医院妇产科在近年的见习教学中,抓住妇产科临床思维的特点,采取多种教学形式培养医学生临床思维能力。结果见习生更积极主动参与临床见习。结论见习期间采用多种教学形式,不断强化,是见习生培养临床思维能力的重要途径。

Abstract:Objective To explore how to train students' clinical thinking during probation teaching in Gynecological and Obstetric department. Methods The characteristics of Gynecological and Obstetric clinical thinking were seized and kinds of teaching methods were taken to train students' clinical thinking during probation teaching in the Third Affiliated Hospital, SUN Yat-sen University in recent years. Results Students more positively took part in the clinical probation. Conclusion It was important to take kinds of teaching methods frequently for training students' clinical thinking during probation period.
