秦皇岛市163名不同行业接铅工人尿铅含量分析

[目的]对秦皇岛市不同行业接铅工人进行尿铅含量分析.[方法]采用<尿中铅的微分电位溶出测定方法>进行检测.[结果]不同行业工种职工尿铅含量不同,尿铅含量水平有统计学差异.但与工龄、性别没有明显关系.[结论]长期接触低浓度铅,可引起明显的尿铅值改变,应不断改善劳动条件,同时职业卫生监督及技术服务机构,要加强<职业病防治法)的宣传力度,增强职工自我防护意识.定期对职工进行健康检查,定期对企业现场监督指导、监测,保护职工身体健康.

ANALYSIS ON URINE LEAD OF 163 WORKERS EXPOSED IN LEAD IN DIFFERENT INDUSTRIES IN QINHUANGDAO CITY

Objective To analyze urine lead of workers exposed in lead in different industries in Qinhuangdao city.MethodsDetermined the lead in urine by Differential Potentiometric Stripping Analysis.ResultsThe difference of lead in urine was a significance in different industries,and there was no significant relation with length of service and sex.ConclusionTouching lead with low concentration in a long period may change the value of lead in urine,so that the working condition should be continuously improved. The occupational health administrative and technical supporting institutes should enhance the propaganda of the law of Occupational Disease Prevention and improve the consciousness of self-protection of workers. The institutes should make health examinations for workers,inspect and monitor workshops regularly to protect the health of workers.
