太原市医院污水消毒设备运转情况调查

通过连续三年监测结果表明：医院污水处理设备的运转率仅为３４．２１％；不同专科的医院污水中致病菌检出率各异，传染病院（病房）及有传染科病房的综合医院污水中致病菌的检出率明显高于一般综合医院、妇产科医院、眼科医院，差别呈高度显著（Ｐ〈０．０１）；与生活污水中致病菌的检出率相比较；前者明显高于生活污水（Ｐ〈０．０１），后者与生活污水无明显差异（Ｐ〉０．０５）；建议医院污水分类处理排放。

The Analyses of Utilizing of Sterilization Facility and Monitoring in Hospital Filthy Water

This paper analysizes the three year's inspect data of hospital sewage.the results showed that:The infections rate of the equipment for sewage treatment was only 34.21%;The infertion rate of pathogenic bacteria were different among various hospital(P<0.01);The hospitals for infections diseases and hospitals with the unit of infertions diseases had higher rate of pathogenic bacterium than other hospitals;The rates of pathogenic bacterium of sewage water from hospital were higher than that in residential area; The rate in hospital without the unit of infections diseases was the same as that in residential area.We suggets that treatment for the different hospital and residential area should be different.
