| 摘 要： | 目的：通过对我院2003年6月至2004年1月182例儿科抗癫痫药物血药浓度检测的结果进行回顾性分析，为临床合理使用抗癫痫药物提供依据。方法：对我院现开展的苯巴比妥、丙戊酸钠等检测结果进行分析。结果：在有效血药浓度范围内的苯巴比妥为51．7％，丙戊酸钠为55．5％，卡马西平为37．5％。结论：我院抗癫痫药物检测结果不在有效血药浓度范围内的所占比率较大。

| Abstract: | Objective: In order to have a more reasonable clinical drug application, a retrospective analyse was done on the result of the tests of the serum concentration after antiepileptics applied in 182 cases in pediatric section in our hospital during the period from Jun 2003 to Jan 2004. Methods: The results of phenobarbital and sodium valproate et al in our hospital were analysed. Results: The percentage of phenobarbital in effective serum concentration was 51.7%, that of sodium valproate was 55.5%, and that of carbamazepine was 37.5%. Conclusion: The tests showed that percentage of the results with TDM, not in the range of effective serum concentration was a little too high in our hospital. |
