| 摘 要： | 目的探讨拔T管后胆漏的原因及防治措施。方法回顾性分析7例拔除T型引流管后发生胆漏的临床资料。结果 5例非手术治疗后治愈,1例经非手术治疗效果不佳,转手术治愈,1例行急诊手术治愈。结论拔T管后胆漏的发生与多种因素有关,根据病情轻重采用手术或非手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the causes,prevention and treatment of biliary leakage after removal of T-tube. Methods The clinical data of 7 cases with biliary leakage after T-tube removal were retrospectively studied. Results 5 cases were cured with non-operation,one case was not treated well with non-operation and cured by operation,one case was cured by immediate operation. Conclusion As for many factors ralated to biliary leakage after T-tube removal,operation or non-operation treatment will depend on the state of an illness. |
