摘    要:临床医学教学应当以培养学生临床思维能力为主要目标之一,递进式以问题为基础学习(problem—based learning,PBL)教学方法满足了这一需要。我院递进式PBL教学以教师培训为基础,问题的设置尽量模拟临床实际情况,讨论中逐步推进、层层深入,使学生掌握从病史采集、体格检查、辅助检查到诊断和鉴别诊断的临床思维方法,受到广泛好评。这一方法有利于调动学生的学习积极性,培养他们的临床思维和逻辑思维能力,是一种更为合理的教学方法。

Abstract:Clinical thinking should be one of the main aims of clinical teaching.Step-by-step PBL just meets this requirement.Strict teachers'training was necessary as the foundation of step-by-step PBL implementation.Questions which might be discussed during the teaching process were carefully prepared in order to reflect real clinical situation.In the case discussing process questions were solved step-by-step.At the same time medical students'clinical thinking were created and improved through patients'histories collection,body examination,auxiliary examination,diagnosis and differential diagnosis.This method was evaluated commendably by the students.Step-by-step PBL was more helpful to mobilize the students'enthusiasm and train their clinical and logic thinking than traditional PBL.It is a more reasonable teaching method in clinical teaching.
