| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相（HPLC）测定鼻咽清毒颗粒中绿原酸的含量。方法：色谱柱为C18（5μm，250mm×4．6mm）；流动相为甲醇-0．2％磷酸（用NaOH调节pH至2．8）（20：80）；检测波长为323nm，柱温：25℃，流速：1．0mL·min^-4。结果：绿原酸进样量在0．02340-0．3744ug范围内与峰面积线性关系良好，r=0．9999，平均回收率为97．9％，RSD=0．60％（n=6）。结论：该方法简便，准确，重现性好。

| Abstract: | Objective To establishes a HPLC method for chlorogenicacid of granuies Methods Uses RP-HPLC to dectect Volume was C18 （ 5μm, 250mm ×4.6mm） ,Mobilephase：methanol-0.2% phosphoric acid （ NaOH wasused to regulate pH 2.8） （20：80） ;Dectectwavelength is 323nm;The temperature of chromatopraph volume was 25℃,flow rate： 1.0ml/min. Results The ehlorogenicaci linear scope0.02340-0.3744μg （r=0.9999） ,The average recoveries were 97.98%,and the RSD was 0.60%; Conclusion The toothed was simple,accurate and reproductive. |
