| 摘 要： | 为探讨联勤新形势下医院建设的路子，努力提高医院综合卫勤保障能力，文章从以下几方面进行了阐述：一是强化联勤意识，确保医院姓“军”为兵；二是适应战备，把提高军事训练和战时卫勤保障能力作为医院建设的重点；三是立足长远，把加强人才学科建设作为提高医院综合保障能力的关键；四是开拓创新，按照与时俱进的要求推进医院建设的全面发展。

| Abstract: | To discuss the way of building hospital in joint services and improving comprehensive capability of medical support, the author started from the following aspects and got satisfied results: Firstly, strengthening consciousness of joint services to serve the soldiers; Secondly, adapting war preparation and laying stress on military training and comprehensive support; Thirdly, be on the long term and take building of personnel and subject as keys to strengthening comprehensive support; Fourthly, be exploiting and innovating, promote the construction of hospital. |
