摘    要:目的了解江油市2002-2006年钩端螺旋体(以下简称钩体)病疫情动态及健康人群对钩体的免疫水平,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。方法按照全国钩体病监测方案,进行鼠密度、鼠带菌率和健康人群钩体抗体水平调查。结果平均鼠密度为5.10%,最高为9.55%。平均带菌率为0.73%,褐家鼠带菌率最高,为2.50%。健康人群血清钩体抗体以澳州群为主(37.88%)。结论江油市鼠密度,鼠带菌率较低。野鼠是稻田型钩体最重要的传染源,褐家鼠带菌值得重视。健康人群血清钩体抗体水平正在下降,钩体病监测力度应加强。

Abstract:Objective To survey the dynamic situation of leptospirosis infection in Jiangyou from 2002 to 2006, and to detect serum antibody of the healthy people for making countermeasures of prevention and cure.Method The density of rat, the germ-carrying rate of rat and the serum antibody of the healthy people in monitoring sites were surveyed accoording to the national surveillance scheme for leptospirosis.Results The average density of rat was 5.10%,of which the highest was 9.55%.The average germ-carrying rate of rat was 0.73%. The germ-carrying rate of Sewer rat (Rattus novegicus) was the highest(2.50%).The highest positive rate of serum antibody group was group of Australia,which was 37.88%.Conclusion The density of rat and the germ-carrying rate of rat in Jiangyou were low. Apodemus agraius is the principal infection source of rice field pattern leptospirosis in Jiangyou.It should be paid attention to germ-carrying of Sewer rat.The simmune level of people in the epidemic area is becoming low.The surveillance on leptospirosis should be strengthened.
