| 摘 要： | 目的考察注射用头孢吡肟与注射用加替沙星在生理盐水中配伍后的稳定性。方法采用紫外分光光度法1]测定注射用头孢吡肟和注射用加替沙星在生理盐水中配伍后的含量变化,同时观察配伍液的外观变化,并测定pH值。结果室温条件下6h内配伍液的外观、pH值均无明显变化。结论注射用头孢吡肟与注射用加替沙星可以在生理盐水中配伍使用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To study the compatible stability of Cefepime Hydrochloride for Injection and Gatifloxacin of Injection in N.S.Method Adopting the Ultraviolet Spetrophotometry to determine the contents of Cefepime Hydrochloride and Gatifloxacin of Injection in mixed injection,observing the external appearance,and determining pH values at the same time.Results The external appearance and pH values of the mixed injection had no distinct change under normal indoor temperature.Conclusion After the compatibility of Cefepime Hydrochloride for Injec-tion and Gatifloxacin of Injection in N.S,in 6h,they kept relative stability |
