| Abstract: | The major objective of this study is to introduce and evaluate the management experience of a college in Thailand. In order to improve the teaching quality, a serial of measures and methods emphasizing the employment system, evaluation of teaching quality and student's information feedback were carried out. What we should learn from them will be discussed. |
