芪芍芨草汤佐治消化性溃疡50例的临床观察

目的 观察芪芍芨草汤联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性溃疡的效果。方法 将100例消化性溃疡患者随机分为两组：治疗组50例，给予芪芍芨草汤，每日一剂，同时，口服奥美拉唑20mg，每日两次。对照组予奥美拉唑20mg，每日两次，两组疗程均为两周，幽门螺旋杆菌（HP）阳性者加两种抗生素治疗（两组相同），疗程结束后，胃镜复查，并行检测HP。结果 根据溃疡愈合率，治疗组根除HP根除率明显高于对照组，两组有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论 芪芍芨草汤联合奥美拉唑治疗消化性渍疡有良好的疗效。
