正常家兔血小板扫描电镜研究

摘    要:本实验对正常家兔血小板进行了扫描电镜观察,发现正常家兔血小板除了常规分型外还有长梭型、环型和微型等。不同类型的血小板其表面结构有较大差异,如圆型小孔的多少、孔径的大小以及芽苞样和菜花样结构等.从形态学角度探讨了家兔血小板结构与功能之间的关系,为病理情况下血小板形态结构与生理功能的变化,提供正常细胞学依据.

Abstract:The platelets of the normal rabbits were observed with scanning electron microscope (SEM). It was found that the normal platelets have defferent shapes, e.g. round or oval shape, tree shape, long spindle-shape, ring shape, micro-shape, tadpole shape, calabash shape, assembly shape, etc. The shapes of the platelets are different with each other, furthermore, the surface structures also differ in length of the pseudopodia, amount and diameter of the round pores,the cauliflower and gemma processus, etc. The relationship between the structure and function of the platelets in the rabbits is discussed.
