非小细胞肺癌前哨淋巴结活检术的临床研究

目的：探讨前哨淋巴结（sentinel lymph node，sLN）活检术在非小细胞肺癌（non-small cell lung cancer，NSCLC）手术中预测区域淋巴结状态的作用和应用可行性。方法：研究对象为30例NSCLC患者，应用亚甲蓝染色法在30例NSCLC患者术中于肺肿瘤边缘（肺门侧及前、后、左、右各1ml）注入亚甲蓝溶液，进行SLN活检识别。结果：30例中27例检出SLN，SLN状态预测区域淋巴结转移状态的敏感性为88．9％，准确率为92．6％，假阴性率为11．1％。结论：SLN活检术对预测非小细胞肺癌区域淋巴结转移有较大意义。

Clinical research on sentinel lymph node biopsy for non-small cell lung cancer

Objective： To investigate the feasibility of the sentinel lymph node biopsy with methylene blue in non-small cell lung cancer and it＇s effect on region lymph nodes. Methods： The study was carried out on 30 patients,during the operating time,5 ml methylene blue injecta was injected into the lung tissue around the tumor （hilus of lung and front,rear, left and right of the 1 ml）, location and number of blue dyed SLNs were recorded. Results： Twenty-seven patients had sentinel lymph nodes. The sensibility was 88.9%, the accuracy of SLN detection was 92.6%, the false negative rate was 11.1%. Conclusion： SLN detection is valuable for predicting region lymph nodes in NSCLC.
