| 摘 要： | 分析22例无痛性亚急性甲状腺炎(PST)病例的临床特征，并与同期收治的其他甲状腺毒症的临床表现作一比较，结果显示PST是一种自限性疾病，应尽早作出正确诊断，以避免不适当的治疗。

| Abstract: | The clinical characteristics of 22 patients with painless subacute thyroiditis (PST) were analysed and compared with other cases with thyrotoxicosis in the same period. The results show that PST is a self-limited diseases. Correct diagnosis should be made as early as possible to avoid inappropriate treatment. |
