TIMI危险评分与非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合症患者血管病变的关系

目的探讨TIMI危险评分与非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合症(NSTEACS)患者冠脉病变严重程度、血流受损情况及左室射血分数的相关性;方法连续收入院的NSTEACS患者231例,按TIMI危险评分的7个变量进行评分,将患者分为不同的危险层次,分析患者TIMI危险评分值与冠状动脉造影结果及左室射血分数之间的关系;结果冠脉病变严重程度随评分值增加而增高,TIMI评分高者(5-7分)较评分低者(0-2)更可能出现三支血管病变和/或左主干病变,其几率是后者的8倍,血流受损是评分低者的2倍,左室射血分数也随着评分值的增加而下降;结论TIMI危险评分可以预测NSTEACS患者冠脉病变严重程度、血流受损情况及射血分数.

Correlation between TIMI risk scores and the angiographic findings in patients with Non-ST-elevation acute coronary syndromes

Objective To investigate the correlates of TIMI risk scores with the severity of coronary lesion, impaired flow and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) in patients with Non-ST-elevation acute coronary syndromes(NSTEACS); Methods 231 consecutive patients with NSTEACS were examined ,TIMI risk scores were calculated for 7 variables and risk stratification of patients was done according to scores. The correlations of TIMI risk scores with angiographic results and LVEF were analyzed. Results The severity of coronary artery lesion increases progressively with ascending TIMI risk scores. patients with risk scores of 5-7 were more likely to have trip-vessel disease and/or left main disease compared to those with scores of O-2..the probability of three vessel disease and/or left main disease was 8 times compared to those with sores of O-2, and the impaired flow was 2 times compared to the latter, wherever LVEF decreased progressively with rising risk scores. Conclusion The TIMI risk scores may be used to prognosticate the severity of coronary lesion, impaired flow and LVEF in patients with NSTEACS.
