二氧化氯在水产品消毒中的应用

摘    要:为了研究二氧化氯对水产品的消毒效果,采用现场试验方法对其浸泡消毒法的效果进行了观察。结果,以含100mg/L二氧化氯消毒液,对田螺肉浸泡消毒15min,可使自然菌清除率达到90%以上,大肠菌群降低率可达77%以上。以含120mg/L二氧化氯消毒液,对河虾浸泡消毒4min,使得自然菌清除率为90%,大肠菌群降低率达到80%以上。用90mg/L二氧化氯消毒液,对银鱼浸泡消毒5min,使自然菌清除率为89.09%,大肠菌群降低率达到70%以上。消毒处理后的三种水产品,均检不出大肠杆菌。结论,用100mg/L左右的二氧化氯消毒液对水产品进行浸泡消毒可有效控制其污染的自然菌数量,使大肠杆菌达到卫生质量要求。

Abstract:In order to study the efficacy of chlorine dioxide in disinfection of aquatic products, field test method was used to observe the efficacy of its immersion disinfection. Results: Immersion of river snail flesh in the disinfection solution containing chlorine dioxide 100 mg/L for 15 min could eliminate over 90% of the natural bacteria and cause reduction of coli-group by over 77%. Immersion of shrimps in the disinfection solution containing chlorine dioxide 120 mg/L for 4 min eliminated 90% of the natural bacteria and reduced coli-group by over 80%. Immersion of whitebaits in the disinfection solution containing chlorine dioxide 90 mg/L for 5 min eliminated 89.09% of the natural bacteria and reduced coli-group by over 70%. After disinfection, no Escherichia coli was detected in the three aquatic products. Conclusion: Immersion disinfection of aquatic products with about 100 mg/L chlorine dioxide disinfection solution can effectively control the number of contaminating natural bacteria and fulfil the sanitary quality requirement of Eshcerichia coli.
