疲劳综合征的发生与长期过重的工作压力有关.由于护士的严重缺编、护理范围的扩大以及护士的付出与回报不成比例,使临床护士发生疲劳综合征的人数逐年增加.护理管理者应建议医院增加护士编制,改善护理人员工作和生活环境,以减轻护理人员的工作压力.

Research status quo of effort syndrome in clinical nurses

The occurrence of effort syndrome in nurses is related to their long-time heavy work stress. The numbers of clinical nurses with effort syndrome increased year by year because of the lack of nurses, enlarged working range and relatively lower pay. In order to lighten the work stress of nursing staff, nursing administrators suggested that both the employment of nurses should be increased, and work and living environment should be improved for them.
