单双钉棒后路固定结合椎间植骨治疗单节段旁侧型腰椎间盘突出症的对照研究

目的探讨单、双钉棒后路固定椎间植骨融合治疗单节段旁侧型腰椎间盘突出症的差异。方法对56例单节段旁侧型腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分成实验组与对照组,实验组28例行椎板减压髓核摘除、椎间植骨融合、GSS单钉棒椎弓根螺钉固定手术;对照组28例行半椎板减压髓核摘除、椎间植骨融合、GSS双钉棒椎弓根螺钉固定手术,术后两组均给予卧床、预防感染、脱水等对症处理。结果实验组与对照组临床疗效优良率均达到90%,没有明显差异（P〉0.05）;而实验组手术时间、失血量、治疗费用明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论单、双钉棒后路固定椎间植骨融合治疗单节段旁侧型腰椎间盘突出症疗效均满意,但单钉棒后路固定椎间植骨融合治疗单节段旁侧型腰椎间盘突出症手术时间短,失血量少,治疗费用低。

Control study of single screw-rod system and double screw-rod system for posterior fixation of intervertebral infusion in the treatment of single segment Lateral lumbar disc herniation

Objective To discuss the differences between single screw-rod system and double screw-rod system for posterior fixation of intervertebral infusion in the treatment of single segment lateral lumbar disc herniation.Methods 56 patients with single segment lateral lumbar disc herniation are classified into experimental group and control group at random,and then treated respectively by semi-laminal discectomy,intervertebral infusion,and single screw-rod system and double screw-rod system for posterior fixation.The two groups patients were given lying in bed,preventing infection,dehydration postoperatively.ResultsThe clinical curative effect was reached 90% both the experimen tal group and the control group.No significant difference(P>0.05).However,the operative tim e,blood loss,and treatment cost of experimental group significantly less tha n those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clin ical results of both s ingle screw-rod system and double screw-rod system for posterior fixation of i nt ervertebral infusion in the treatment of single segment lateral lumbar disc hern iation were satisfied,whereas the single screw-rod system for posterior fixat i on of intervertebral infusion in the treatment of single segment lateral lumbar disc herniation has the advantages of shorter operative time,less blood loss,a nd less treatment cost.
