联合药物保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎58例疗效观察

目的观察地塞米松、替硝唑联合柳氮磺胺吡啶保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法 58例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为观察组30例和对照组28例,观察组采用地塞米松、替硝唑联合柳氮磺胺吡啶保留灌肠治疗,对照组仅采用柳氮磺胺吡啶口服治疗,两组常规治疗方法相同。观察治疗前后两组腹痛、便血消失时间和临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率（86.7%）明显高于对照组（71.4%,P〈0.05）;观察组腹痛、便血消失时间较对照组明显缩短（P〈0.05）;观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论地塞米松、替硝唑联合柳氮磺胺吡啶保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Clinicial observation of dexamethasone and tinidazole combined with sulfasalazine for ulcerative colitis by retention enema

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of dexamethasone,tinidazole combined with sulfasalazine for ulcerative colitis by retention enema.Methods Fifty-eight patients with ulcerative colitis were randomly divided into observation group(30 cases) and control group(28 cases).Observation group were treated with dexamethasone,tinidazole combined sulfasalazine by retention enema,and control group were only treated with sulfasalazine by oral,conventional treatment of two groups was the same way.The abdominal pain,bloody diarrhea disappeared time and clinical efficacy of two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of observation group(86.7%) was significantly higher than that of control group(71.4%)(P<0.05);The abdominal pain,bloody diarrhea disappeared time was significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of dexamethasone,tinidazole combined with sulfasalazine enema for ulcerative colitis by retention enema had a good efficacy,less side effects.It should be worthy of clinical application.
