前列地尔对Ⅱ型糖尿病合并冠心病患者血脂和血液流变学影响研究

目的探讨前列地尔对Ⅱ型糖尿病合并冠心病血脂和血液流变学的影响。方法选择云南省楚雄州人民医院2009～2011年收治的Ⅱ型糖尿病合并冠心病患者75例,随机分为观察组40例和对照组35例,两组患者在常规接受降糖和控制血压治疗基础上,观察组给予前列地尔200μg加入0.9%生理盐水250ml静脉注射,1次/d,治疗14d;对照组给予单硝酸异山梨酯20mg/次,2次/d,治疗14d,分别于治疗前后检测并比较两组患者血脂和血液流变学指标。结果治疗后观察组TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C以及各项血液流变学指标均有明显改善（P〈0.05）,除红细胞压积外,观察组血脂和各项血液流变学指标治疗后均明显好于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论糖尿病合并冠心病患者存在明显的血脂和血液流变学异常,应用前列地尔可显著降低患者血脂水平,改善血液流变学异常,可作为治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病合并冠心病患者的首选药物。

Impact of alprostadil on blood-lipid and hemorrheology in patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease

Objective To investigate the impact of alprostadil on blood-lipid and hemorrheology in patients with type 2 diabetes and coronary heart disease.Methods 75 patients with type 2 diabetic and coronary heart disease were selected and divided into two groups,40 patients in observation group were injection alprostadil 200μg dissolved in 0.9% saline 250mL,once per day;35 patients in control group were given oral administration of isosorbide mononitrate 20mg for once and 2 times/d.Both group were given hypoglycemic and antihypertensive treatment for 14 days totally,blood-lipid and hemorrheology were tested and compared before and after treatment.Results Blood-liquid and hemorrheology of patients in observation group were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),and significantly better than that of control group except hematocrit(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with type 2 diabetic and coronary heart disease have significant hemorheological abnormalities,alprostadil can decrease the blood-lipid level and improve hemorrheology index.
