阿立哌唑合并舍曲林治疗慢性精神分裂症的临床研究

目的探讨阿立哌唑合并舍曲林治疗慢性精神分裂症的疗效和安全性。方法将72例患者随机分为研究组（阿立哌唑合并舍曲林组）和对照组（阿立哌唑组）各36例。使用阳性症状和阴性量表（PANSS）、阴性症状量表（SANS）于治疗前、治疗后4、8、12周评定疗效,使用副反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应。结果治疗8周后研究组PANSS总分、阴性因子分、SANS总分及分量表分均比治疗前明显下降,阴性因子分显著低于对照组,两组副反应无显著差异。结论阿立哌唑合并舍曲林治疗慢性精神分裂症疗效好,且副反应较少。

A clinical study of chronic schizophrenia with Aripiprazole associating with sertraline

Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of chronic schizophrenia using Aripiprazole associating with sertraline.Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into the 36 cases’ study group(aripiprazole associating with sertraline) and the 36 cases’control group(aripiprazole).Using positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS)、negative syndrome scale(SANS) in 1,4,8,12 weeks of treatment to assess effect and using side effects scale(TESS) to assesse adverse reaction.Results After 8 weeks,PANSS total score,negative factor scores,SANS total score and every scale score of study group were decreased more significantly than no-treatment,and negative factor scores of study group were significantly lower than the control group,side effects were no significant difference.Conclusion The efficacy of chronic schizophrenia using Aripiprazole associating with sertraline is good,and side effects are fewer.
