| 摘 要： | 目的探索腺性膀胱炎适度、有效的治疗方法。方法对23例腺性膀胱炎患者给予抗感染联合M受体拮抗剂治疗,伴有前列腺增生症、尿道肉阜、膀胱颈抬高的患者均给予手术治疗,治疗前后经尿常规、尿动力学、膀胱镜及活组织病理学等检查评价患者的疗效。每3个月1次膀胱镜检随访。结果经治疗后患者临床表现、尿常规、尿动力学检查、膀胱镜检及病检较治疗前明显改善。23例随访6～12个月,未发现复发、恶变病例。结论腺性膀胱炎给予抗感染联合M受体拮抗剂治疗有较好的效果,值得在临床推广应用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical fitness and efficacy of treatment for cystitis glandularis.Methods 23 cases with cystitis glandularis were treated by antibiotics and M-receptor antagonist,however,the patients with benign prostate hyperplasia,urethral caruncle,bladder neck obstruction were treated by operation.The efficacy(symptom,urine examination,urodynamic parameters,cystoscopy and biopsy) were evaluated before,3 months,6 months,9 months,12 months after treatment.Results The pre-treatment comparison with post-treatment was significant(P<0.05),including symptom,urine examination,urodynamic test,cystoscopy and biopsy.After 6-12 months,none recurred.Conclusion Antibiotics and M-receptor antagonist can effectively relieve clinical symptom and improve urodynamic parameters of cystitis glandularis. |
