留置导尿拔管前两种排尿方法对拔管后排尿情况的影响

目的比较留置导尿拔管前两种膀胱功能训练方法对拔管后排尿情况的影响。方法将60例留置导尿的患者随机分为对照组与实验组，每组各30例。实验组在拔除尿管前遵照按需排尿的方法进行膀胱功能训练；对照组则遵照医嘱每2小时定时夹闭开放导尿管，记录两组患者拔管后首次排尿时间及自行排尿的情况，并对两组拔管后排尿情况进行比较。结果实验组30例患者首次排尿时间为（2．89±1．42）h，较对照组（3．47±2．03）h明显提前，差异有统计学意义（t=5．350，P〈0．05）；尿潴留等排尿异常情况发生例数较对照组明显减少，差异有统计学意义（6．67％比36．67％；x^2=8．438，P〈0．05）。结论临床患者在拔除尿管前遵照按需放尿的方法进行膀胱功能训练对拔管后正常排尿功能的恢复有积极的影响。

Effect of two micturition methods on urination before the removal of indwelling catheter

Objective To compare the effects of two micturition methods on urination before the removal of indwelling catheter. Methods 60 patients with indwelling catheter were randomly divided into control group and the experimental group, with 30 patients each. The experimental group followed the on-demand micturition method before removing the indwelling catheter, while the control group followed the doctor＇ s advice to clamp the catheter every 2 hours. The time of first urination and status of urination after removing the catheter was recorded and compared. Results The time of first urination of the experimental group （2.89 ± 1.42） h was earlier than that of the control group（ 3.47 ± 2.03 ） h, and the difference was statistically significant （ t = 5. 350, P 〈 0. 05 ）. The incidence of urinary retention in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group（6.67% vs 36.67% ; x^2 = 8. 438 ,P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The on-demand micturition method as bladder function training before the removal of indwelling catheter has obvious effect on urination recovery of the patients.
