| 摘 要： | 规范化医师培训是培养高层次医学人才的重要手段,对提高医院的医疗质量具有重要战略意义。现行的规范化医师培训偏重于对医师医学知识和临床能力的培养,忽视了药学教育在促进医师合理化用药方面的重要性,因此必须深刻认识药学教育在规范化医师培训中的重要作用,适当提升药学教育在规范化医师培训中的地位和比重。

| Abstract: | Standardized training of physicians,an important means of training high-level medical talents,has an important strategic significance for improving the quality of health care at hospitals.However,the present standardized training of physicians emphasizes medical knowledge and clinical ability training,but ignores the importance of pharmacy education in promoting rationalized medication for physicians.Therefore,it is imperative to have a profound understanding of the important role of pharmacy education and enhance the status and proportion of pharmacy education in the standardized training of physicians. |
