成都地区高尿酸血症的患病情况及相关因素分析

目的探讨成都地区成年居民高尿酸血症(hyperuricemia,HUA)患病率及与代谢紊乱相关指标的关系。方法对2010年41501名在四川大学华西医院进行健康体检者进行血压、体重指数(BMI)及生化指标测定,并对测定结果进行统计分析。结果①高尿酸血症的总患病率为20.14%,其中男性患病率为28.53%,女性为8.44%,男性发病率明显高于女性(P<0.01)。50岁后的女性HUA的患病率明显升高;而男性的发病情况与年龄无明显相关。②HUA的发病率随BMI的升高而增高。③BMI、血压、空腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、胆固醇(TC)是HUA危险因素,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)是HUA的保护因素。结论成都地区成年居民高尿酸血症患病率较高,且男性明显高于女性;同时HUA与代谢紊乱密切相关。

The prevalent characteristics and the analytical study of relevant factors of hyperuricemia in Chengdu

Objective To investigate and analyze the prevalence rate of hyperuricemia and the relationship between correlative factors of metabolic disorder and HUA.Methods The blood pressure and the body mass index were measured,the biochemical index were detected in 41501 adults who did health examinations in West China Hospital of Sichuan University in 2010.The data were analyzed by statistical analysis.Results(1) The total prevalence rate of hyperuricemia(HUA) was 20.14%,the prevalence rate of male was 28.53%,the female was 8.44%,the prevalence rate of male was higher than female(P<0.01).The prevalence rate of female obviously increased after 50 years old,which of male was not related to the age.(2) There was an increasing trend in the prevalence rate of HUA with the increase of body mass index(BMI).(3)The BMI,blood pressure,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),triglyceride(TG),cholesterol(TC) were the risk factors of HUA,the high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) was the protective factors of HUA.Conclusion There was an higher prevalence rate of HUA in Chengdu,and the prevalence rate of male was much higher than female;HUA is closely related to the metabolic disorder.
