加强管理提高民族地区研究生培养质量的几点思考

本文分析了研究生教育工作的主要特点,从民族地区研究生培养现状,分析了研究生教育存在的问题。提出民族地区研究生教育的对策,质量优先建设胜任的导师队伍,优化培养方案实现因材施教,育人为本打牢良好的思想基础,切合实际培养良好的科学精神,突出重点构建良好的创新体系,改革研究生招生制度,并从思想教育、学术研究、导师指导、研究生自我发展等方面进行了探讨,提出了加强研究生教育管理的对策。

Strengthening Management to Improve the Quality of Postgraduate Students in National Minority Regions

This paper first analyzes the main characteristics of graduate education and present situation and problems of graduates training in national minority regions.Then it proposes the measures of improving graduate education in national minority regions: producing competent advisors by giving priority to advisors’ quality,optimizing the training scheme to suit individuals,cultivating graduates’ moral character as the basis,developing the scientific spirit,constructing an innovation-based system with special emphasis,and reforming graduate enrollment system.Finally,the paper offers measures of strengthening management of graduate education in national minority regions from the perspectives of ideological education,research,advisor’s guidance and graduates’ self-development.
