| 摘 要： | 目的考察地黄饮子对大鼠局灶性脑缺血的保护作用。方法采用线栓法阻塞大脑中动脉制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型,通过神经学行为评分、TTC染色法测定脑梗死面积、脑含水量考察地黄饮子抗脑缺血作用。结果地黄饮子能降低神经学行为评分、脑梗死面积、脑含水量。结论地黄饮子对大鼠局灶性脑缺血有一定的保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the protective effects of Dihuangyinzi on the focal cerebral ischemia in rats.Methods A focal cerebral ischemia model was established in rats of the middle cerebral artery,to examine Dihuangyinzi on the cerebral ischemia by neurological behavior scores,TTC staining method infarction area and brain water content.Results Dihuangyinzi can reduce neurological score,infarct size,and brain water content.Conclusion Dihuangyinzi has a protective effect on the focal cerebral ischemia. |
