放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的随机对照研究

目的通过随机对照研究评价放疗联合唑来膦酸治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移患者的临床疗效。方法将接受治疗的恶性肿瘤骨转移患者60例随机分为2组,即放疗联合唑来膦酸组、单纯放疗组,并对其止痛效果、溶骨性病灶修复及新发骨转移灶情况进行测量和比较。结果 2组患者年龄、性别、肿瘤类型差异无统计学意义,具备可比性。2组间止痛效果、溶骨性病灶修复、新发骨转移情况差异有统计学意义,联合治疗组患者骨痛缓解率(联合治疗86.7%,单纯放疗60.0%)、溶骨性病灶修复率(联合治疗26.7%,单纯放疗6.7%)升高,而且新发骨转移的发生率(联合治疗13.3%,单纯放疗43.3%)降低。结论放疗联合唑来膦酸疗法在治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移患者的过程中取得了较好的临床效果。该方法在缓解骨痛、修复溶骨性病灶的同时,能够有效减少新发骨转移灶。

Effect of radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid in patients with malignant tumor of bone metastases:a random control trail

Objective To evaluate the effect of radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid in patients with malignant tumor of bone metastases through random control trail.Methods 60 patients treated in our hospital were included and randomly allocated into radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid group and radiotherapy single group.The effects of analgesic,repair of osteolytic lesions and new metastases were compared between the two groups.Results Age,sex,and type of tumor were comparable between the two groups.There were significant differences between two groups on the effect of analgesic,repair of osteolytic lesions and new metastases.The rate of pain relief(86.7% vs 60.0%) and repair of osteolytic lesions(26.7% vs 6.7%) was significantly higher in the radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid group than in the radiotherapy single group.The rate of new metastases(13.3% vs 43.3%) was significantly lower in the radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid group compared with the radiotherapy single group.Conclusions Compared with radiotherapy,the therapy of radiotherapy combined with zoledronic acid has better effect on improving analgesic,repairing osteolytic lesions and reducing new metastases in patients with malignant tumor of bone metastases.
