两种方法治疗泌尿生殖系统感染的成本-效果分析

目的评价甲磺酸帕珠沙星注射液和乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液治疗泌尿系统感染的成本-效果,促进合理用药,降低医疗费用。方法 210例泌尿生殖系统感染患者随机分成两组,甲磺酸帕珠沙星注射液组（A组）105例,采用甲磺酸帕珠沙星注射液0.3g/d,静脉滴注7～14d;乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液组（B组）105例,采用乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液0.4g/d,静脉滴注,疗程10～14d,治疗结束后进行成本效益分析。结果 A、B两组痊愈率分别为56.7%和50.0%,有效率为96.7%和93.3%,细菌清除率分别为89.7%和85.6%,不良反应发生率均为3.3%,两组疗效相似（P〉0.05）,但A组的成本-效果高于B组。结论甲磺酸帕珠沙星注射液与乳酸左氧氟沙星注射液治疗泌尿道细菌感染疗效确切,但后者显著降低了总医疗费用。

Cost-effectiveness analysis of two treatment methods of urogenital system infections

Objective Evaluation of cost-effectiveness of pazufloxacin mesilate injection and levofloxacin lactate injection treatment urogenital system infection,and to promote rational use of drug and to reduce medical expenses.Methods 210 cases of urogenital system infestors were randomly divided into two group.pazufloxacin mesilate injection group(A),105 cases,levofloxacin 0.3 g/d,intravenous drip 7 d~14 d,and levofloxacin lactate injection group(B),105 cases,levofloxacin lactate injection 0.4g/d,intravenous drip 7 d~14 d,the cost-effectiveness analysis was discussed after therapy.Results A group and B group recovery rates were 56.7% and 56.0%,the effective rate was 96.7% and 93.3%,the bacterial clearance rates were 89.7% and 85.6%,and the incidence of adverse reactions of two method was 3.3%.By statistical comparison,the effect two therapeutic method was similar(P>0.05),but the cost-effectiveness of A group was better than that of B group.Conclusion Pazufloxacin mesilate injection and evofloxacin lactate injection treatment motheds of urogenital system infections were both effective,but the latter is a significant reduction in the total medical expenses.
