深圳市戒毒所吸毒者艾滋病相关知识调查

目的 了解戒毒所吸毒者艾滋病知识知晓情况,以便有针对性地进行健康教育。方法 2006年2月,采用整群随机抽样的方法 抽取深圳市一所戒毒所,对200名戒毒人员进行艾滋病相关知识的问卷调查。结果 共收回195份有效问卷,被调查吸毒者平均年龄为27.7±0.5岁,构成以20～39岁居多,文化程度在初中及以下的有73.8%,具有深圳户籍的只有5.6%。被调查吸毒者性病艾滋病等健康相关知识知晓率较低,女性、文化程度初中及以上者艾滋病知识知晓程度较好,有62.1%的吸毒者认为自己将来不可能患上艾滋病。结论 深圳市吸毒人群中性病艾滋病等健康知识缺乏,应针对流动人员强化健康教育工作,同时开发适合该人群的健康教育材料。

Survey of knowledge about HIV/AIDS among drug users in a detoxification center in Shenzhen

Objective To survey the knowledge about HIV/AIDS among drug users in a detoxification center in Shenzhen. Methods In Feb 2006, questionnaire survey was conducted among 200 drug users in a detoxification center in Shenzhen, by cluster random sampling. Results 195 valid questionnaire papers were collected. The mean age of the respondents was 27.7± 0.5 years, and most aged rang form 20 to 39; 73.8% were with educational level below junior middle school; only 5.6% respondents＇ household register was in Shenzhen. The knowledge about HIV/AIDS of them was lack. Knowledge awareness was better in the drug users who were female or above junior middle school educational level. 62.1% of the respondents thought they could not get AIDS in the future. Conclusion The knowledge about HIV/ AIDS of the drug users in Shenzhen was lack. It is necessary to adopt and unify the effective intervention strategy, including intensifying health education and developing heath education materials for HIV/AIDS.
