初中生心理行为问题干预效果研究

摘    要:目的评价初中生心理行为问题的干预效果。方法应用Achenbach儿童行为量表(CBCL)、父母养育方式评价量表(EMBU),在济南市历下区所属两所初级中学中共抽取初中一年级学生4949人进行调查,随机选取其中一所中学学生2633人作为干预组,另一所中学学生2316人作为对照组,对干预组进行为期两年的综合干预。结果干预前干预组学生行为问题检出率为16.3%,对照组检出率为16.5%,两组比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);干预后干预组学生行为问题检出率明显下降为10.2%,对照组为16.7%,两组比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);干预后干预组父母养育方式亦有明显改善。结论早期进行针对性干预有助于减少初中生心理行为问题的发生。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of intervention for mental and behavior problems of junior high school students.Methods 4949 junior high school students of Lixia district in Jinan were surveyed by Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL),Egma Minnen av Bardndosna Uppforstran(EMBU),and then randomly assigned into the study group(2633) or the control group(2316).The study group was given comprehensive psychological intervention for two years,while the control group was not given any intervention.Results The difference between the two groups was not significant before intervention(P>0.05),the prevalence of mental and behavior problems in the study group and the control group were 16.3% and 16.5% respectively.After intervention,the prevalence in the study group was reduced to 10.2% and that in the control group remained 16.7%,which showed significant difference(P<0.01).The parenting style was also improved in the study group.Conclusion The comprehensive psychological intervention can improve mental health and reduce the prevalence of mental and behavior problems in junior high school students.
