经前期综合征的心理症状研究

目的 观察女学生经前期综合征患者的心理状况。方法 抽取１１２例１６岁的经前期综合征患者为病例组，以同年龄、同年级８４名正常人为对照组，选用ＳＣＬ－９０临床症状自评量表中的１０个因子，进行ｔ检验。并以量表的标准常模为常模组，与病例组和对照组进行方差分析，分析经前期综合征的心理症状。结果 经前期综合征的躯体化、人际敏感、优郁、焦虑的情况比对照组为高。但不表现强迫症状和精神症状。结论 １６岁女学生得经前

Psychological symptom research on premenstral syndrome

Objective: To observe psychological state of premenstral syndrome (PMS) in female students. Methods: 16 year old, 112 PMS patients were selected as case group, the same aged normal students as control group. 10 factors of symptom checklist 90 (SCL 90) were used to check both case group and control group by t test. And the two groups were compared with standard model of SCL 90 by analysis of variance so as to analyze the psychological symptoms of PMS. Results: Physical symptoms, sensitivity with other persons, depression and anxiety in case group were higher than those in control group, but without obsessional or psychiatric symptoms. Conclusion: Serious physical symptoms must be paid attention to in 16 years old patients of PMS and they must be helped to cope with their sensitivity with other persons, depression and anxiety.
