摘    要:目的 研究治疗量红霉素对小鼠胃肠道运动的影响。方法 取禁食 2 4h小鼠 80只 ,随机分为对照组与红霉素 (130 ,2 6 0 ,5 2 0mg .kg-1,ig)治疗组。ig 40min后将小鼠处死 ,测量幽门至墨汁前沿及后沿 (胃已排空者 )的距离 (分别以A、B表示 )以及幽门至直肠末端的距离 (以C表示 ) ,分别计算A/C和B/C值。结果 与对照组比较 ,红霉素 3个剂量均降低小鼠的A/C值、胃排空率及B/C值。其中高、中剂量组具有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 红霉素能够明显抑制小鼠的胃排空和肠内容物的推进

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of the therapeutic dose of erythromycin on gastrointestinal motion in mice. Methods: 80 fasting 24 hours mice were randomly divided into control group and erythromycin (130, 260, 520 mg.kg -1 , ig ) treated groups. 40 minutes later, all the mice were sacrificed, and the distance of phlorus to the leading edge of ink as well as the distance of phlorus to rectum terminal (marked as A and C respectively) were measured respectively. As far as the mice who had finished gastric emptying were concerned, the distance of phlorus to the lagging edge of ink (marked as B) was measured. And the values of A/C and B/C were calculated respectively. Results: Compared with the control group, the values of A/C and B/C along with the gastric emptying rates in erythromycin treated mice were much smaller, and those in 260, 520 mg.kg -1 erythromycin treated groups had significant differences (P<0 01,P<0 05). Conclusion: Erythromycin can obviously inhibit gastric emptying and prochoresis of intestinal content in mice.
