| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨大肠癌患者外周血ＣＫ－２０ｍＲＮＡ（细胞角蛋白－２０ｍＲＮＡ）基因表达及其临床意义。方法 用ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ９志录－多聚酶链反应）法检测了３４例大肠癌患者外周血ＣＫ－２０ｍＲＮＡ的表达情况。结果 按Ｄｕｋｅｓ分期外周血ＣＫ－２０ｍＲＮＡ的表达率分别是：Ａ期２０％，Ｂ期３７．５％，Ｃ期５３．３％，Ｄ期８３．３％。结论 大肠癌患者外周血ＣＫ－２０ｍＲＮＡ的基因表达与Ｄｕｋｅｓ分期有一定关系，并且

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore CK 20mRNA expression and its clinical significance in peripheral blood of patients with colorectal carcinoma.Methods: The expression of CK 20mRNA was detected by RT PCR in 34 cases.Results: According to Dukes stage,the positive rates of CK 20mRNA in peripheral blood were 20%(A),37.5%(B),53.3%(C), 83. 3%( D) , respectively.Conclusion:The expression of CK 20mRNA in peripheral blood is related with Dukes stage and is an indicator of blood micrometastasis of colorectal carcinoma. |
