子宫内膜癌中p53基因第6,第7外显子突变及其临床意义

目的 检测人子宫内膜癌中抑癌基因ｐ５３基因突变的情况并探讨其与病理特征的关系。方法 采用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）和限制性酶切片段长度多态性分析（ＲＦＬＰ）技术检测４０例子宫内膜癌中ｐ５３基因第６、第７外显子的突变。结果 检出突变例，突变与病理学分级有关，与临床分期、绝经情况、组织学类型无关。结论 ｐ５３基因突变可能是了宫骨膜癌性的原因之一。

Mutation of exon 6 and 7 of p53 gene in endometrial carcinoma and clinical significance

Objective: To detect p53 gene mutations in human endometrial carcinoma and find the relationship between p53 mutation and clinical pathologic features. Methods: Mutations of Exon 6 and 7 of p53 were detected by PCR RFLP. Results: Mutation of p53 were found in 7cases(17.5%).p53 mutations were irrelevant to the state of menopause types and histologic types,but were related to the FIGO stage and pathological grade.Conclusion: Mutations of p53 may play an important role in progression of endometrial carcinoma and may serve as a marker to predict the prognosis.
