摘    要:目的 探讨内皮素-1(ET1)在蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后急性脑血管痉挛(CVS)及其因性缶害中的作用。方法 应用大鼠SAH模型,以假手术组为对照,检测24h内局部脑血流量,血浆及脑组织ET1含量的动态改变,同时于手术前后测量基底动脉(BA)管径。结果 SA后24内rCBF迅速而持续降低,血浆及脑组织ETI浓度显著增加。SAH后BA明显痉挛。结论 血浆及脑组织ET1增加在SAH后急性CVS及其脑缺

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the possible roles of endothelin 1(ET1)in the development of acute cerebral vasospasm(CVS) and related brain ischemicdamage following subarachnoid hemorrhage(SAH). Methods: SAH models of Wistar rats were used and animals were divided into SAH group and sham operated group. Diameter of basilar artery(BA) was measured before and after operation. Dynamic changes of regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF), and ET1 concentrations in both intracranial plasma and brain tissue were observed within 24 hours after SAH. Results: Within 24 hours after induction of SAH, rCBF decreased rapidly and persistently while ET1 concentrations increased obviously. Spasm of BA occurred 30 minutes after SAH. Conclusion: Increase of ET1 concentrations in plasma and brain tissue plays an important important role in the development of acute CVS and related brain ischemic damage after SAH.
