| 摘 要： | 报告应用多普勒能量显像（ＤＰＩ）新技术检测５８个肝血管瘤内血流的结果。ＤＰＩ与彩色多普勒血流显像（ＣＤＦＩ）比较，５８个肝血管瘤内血流检出率分别是８７．９％和５１．７％，两者差异极显著（Ｐ＜０．０１）。作者认为ＤＰＩ是较ＣＤＦＩ更敏感的彩色血流显示模式，对于肝血管瘤的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要意义。本文还详细描述了肝血管瘤的ＤＰＩ显示特征。

| Abstract: | Fifty-eight hepatic hemangiomas were examined by Doppler Power Imaging (DPI)and Color Doppler Flow Imaging(CDFI)for comparation.The results showed that DPI had a significantly higher sensitivity(87.9%vs 51.7%,P<0.01)in detecting blood flow irrespective to the flow direction and ultrasound incident angle to the vessel.The authors present a preliminary report that DPI is superior to CDFI,in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hepatic hemangioma. |
