白细胞介素-6在绝经后女性原发性干燥综合征患者中的表达及意义

目的探讨白细胞介素-6（IL-6）在原发性干燥综合征（pSS）患者中的表达及意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法（ELISA）检测绝经后女性 pSS组患者（30例）和健康女性对照组（30例）血清及唾液中 IL-6,分析其与血清中C反应蛋白（CRP）、免疫球蛋白G （IgG）、免疫球蛋白M （Ig M）、免疫球蛋白A（IgA）及红细胞沉降率（ESR）的相关性。结果 pSS组患者血清及唾液中 IL-6的浓度显著高于健康对照组（P ＜ 0.01）；pSS 组患者血清中IL-6的浓度与血清中CRP、ESR 和 IgG的浓度呈正相关（r分别为0.506、0.621、0.632；P 分别为0.008、0.007、0.006）；与血清 IgM 和 IgA浓度无相关性（r分别为0.354、0.312；P分别为0.085、0.081）；pSS组患者血清和唾液中的 IL-6浓度呈正相关（r为0.658,P为0.006,P＜ 0.01）。结论 IL-6可能通过诱导 IgG的合成与分泌进而影响CRP、ESR的变化,影响 pSS的疾病进展,血清和唾液 IL-6水平可用来评估 pSS的进展情况。

Expression of Interleukin-6 in Patients with Primary Sjogren's Syndrome and Its Significance

Objective]To explore the expression of interleukin-6（IL-6）in patients with primary sjogren＇s syn-drome（pSS）and its significance.Methods]The levels of IL-6 in serum and saliva of 30 postmenopause women with pSS（PSS group）and 30 healthy women（control group）were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA）.The correlation of IL-6 with serum levels of C-reactive protein（CRP）,immunoglobulin G（IgG）,immu-noglobulin M（IgM）,immunoglobulin A（IgA）and erythrocyte sedimentation rate（ESR）was analyzed.Results]The levels of IL-6 in serum and saliva of pSS group were significantly higher than those of control group（P 〈 0.01）.Serum IL-6 in pSS group was positively related with serum CRP,ESR and IgG（r=0.506,0.621,0.632, P=0.008,0.007,0.006）,but not related with serum IgM and IgA（r=0.354,0.312,P=0.085,0.081）.In pSS group,serum IL-6 was positively related with saliva IL-6（r=0.658,P =0.006,P 〈 0.01）.Conclusion]IL-6 may affect the changes of CRP and ESR and the progression of pSS through inducing the synthesis and secre-tion of IgG.IL-6 levels in serum and saliva can be used to assess the progression of pSS.
