血尿酸水平与心房颤动相互关系的研究

目的探讨心房颤动（AF）与血清尿酸（UA）水平之间的相互关系。方法选择2009年3月至2012年7月本院住院及门诊的115例 AF患者作为研究组，同时期住院及门诊的106例非 AF患者作为对照组，记录两组患者的性别、年龄、心血管疾病相关危险因素、血 UA 水平、心脏彩超数据（包括左室射血分数、左房内径、左室舒张末期内径）、高敏C反应蛋白（hs-CRP）水平及用药史等。采用 Logistic回归分析 AF发生的危险因素，探讨血UA与AF之间的关系。结果研究组患者血清中UA、hs-CRP水平明显高于对照组，研究组左室射血分数显著低于对照组，左房内径、左室舒张末期内径显著高于对照组（均P＜ 0.01），多因素 Lo-gistic回归分析显示，高UA和hs-CRP水平与AF显著相关。结论 AF发生与血清高UA水平有一定关系。

Study of the Relationship Between Serum Uric Acid Level and Atrial Fibrillation

Objective]To explore the relationship between atrial fibrillation（AF）and serum uric acid （UA）.[Methods]Totally 115 patients with AF in our hospital from March 2009 to July 2012 were chosen as the study group.At the same period,106 patients with non-AF in our hospital were chosen as the control group.Gender,age,risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease,serum UA,cardiac color ultrasonog-raphy data（left ventricular ejection fraction,left atrial diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter）, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（Hs-CRP）,medication history and so on in two groups were recorded.Lo-gistic regression was used to analyze the risk factors of AF.The relationship between serum UA and AF was discussed.[Results]Serum levels of UA and Hs-CRP in study group were obviously higher than those in con-trol group,and left ventricular ej ection fraction in study group was significantly lower than that in control group,and left atrial diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter in study group were significantly higher than those in control group（all P 〈 0.01）.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that high levels of UA and Hs-CRP were significantly associated with AF.[Conclusion]The occurrence of AF has a certain correlation with high level of serum UA.
