蝶腭神经节射频热凝术治疗丛集性头痛的临床应用

摘    要:目的探讨蝶腭神经节射频热凝术治疗丛集性头痛时不同射频热凝时间的疗效,完善该治疗技术。方法丛集性头痛患者20例,随机分成2组,A组(60秒组n=10):80℃、60 s、2个射频周期;B组(120秒组n=10):80℃、120 s、2个射频周期,两组患者均采取相同的操作流程、温度,利用VAS评分法行术前、术后疼痛评估,随访观察两组的治疗效果。结果术后两组VAS评分明显下降,术前术后VAS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),疗效组间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),术后患者满意度均高。结论DSA引导下蝶腭神经节射频热凝术治疗丛集性头痛效果确切,射频时间120 s与60 s有相同疗效。

Effects of radiofrequency thermocoagulation on sphenopalatine ganglion for treatment of cluster headache

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of radiofrequency thermocoagulation in different radiofrequency thermocoagulation time on sphenopalatine ganglion for treatment of cluster headache. Method Twenty patients with cluster headache were randomly divided into two groups. Group A (60 seconds,n=10): 80℃, 60 s, two RF cycles; Group B(120 senconds,n=10) : 80℃ ,120 s, two RF cycles. The patients in the two groups were with the same operation processes and temperature. The effects were measured by VAS before and after operation. Results The VAS in the two groups was significantly decline after the operation,there was significant difference on the VAS between preoperation and postoperation(P〈0.05). The effects were not significant difference between the two groups (P〉0. 05). Conclusion The effects of DSA-guided radiofrequency thermocoagulation on sphenopalatine ganglion for the treatment of cluster headaehe are definite, which are same with 60 s and 120 s of radiofrequency time.
