二甲双胍对肥胖的中老年糖耐量异常患者体重指数与血脂的影响

摘    要:目的研究糖耐量异常(IGT)患者应用二甲双胍治疗后血脂及体重指数(BMI)的变化。方法选择IGT患者180例,随机分为治疗组91例,给予二甲双胍片500mg,tid,po;对照组89例,给予安慰药2片,tid,po。两组并发高血压者可加服尼群地平10~20mg,tid,卡托普利25mg,tid,po。治疗6个月,治疗前后分别测定患者的血脂及BMI等指标。结果治疗组治疗后BMI和血脂自身比较或与对照组比较均明显改善(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。结论二甲双胍对IGT患者除有降糖作用外,并具有良好的调脂及降低体重作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of metformin on blood lipids and BMI in obese middle-aged and elderly patients with impaired glucose tolerance(IGT). Methods A total of 180 patients with IGT were divided into two groups,metformin(500 mg,tid) or placebo respectively,for a 6-month period(the therapy group of 91 patients and the control group of 89 patients).Those patients complicated by hypertension were given nifendipin10-20 mg,tid and captopril 25 mg,tid.Blood lipids and BMI were measured before and after trail. Results The indexes of blood lipids and BMI were significantly improved in the therapy group as compared with those before treatment and in the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion Metformin can lower the levels of blood lipids and BMI in patients with IGT in addition to its effect to lower the blood glucose.
