输尿管支架被动扩张在输尿管镜手术中的应用

目的总结输尿管支架被动扩张在输尿管镜手术中的应用经验．方法我科2002年3月至2009年3月共收治12例输尿管结石患者，中下段结石9例，上段结石3例．1～3岁3例，4～12岁5例，21～45岁4例，男8例，女4例．因结石下方输尿管粘膜水肿狭窄或管腔相对细小，输尿管镜手术困难，留置双J管1～4周后再次输尿管镜手术．结果1～4周后输尿管明显扩张、松弛，所有患者均成功行输尿管镜碎石取石，结石取尽或排尽，九并发症发生，手术成功率100％．结论输尿管支架对输尿管的被动扩张作用可增加输尿管镜手术成功率，降低输尿管损伤的风险，特别适用于小儿输尿管结石的治疗．

The Role of Passive Ureteral Dilation by Stent in Ureteroscopy

Objective To summarise the experience on passive ureteral dilation by stent in ureteroscopy. Methods Twleve patients were admitted for ureteral stone, nine of which were in lower-middle ureter, three in upper ureter. There were three patients whose age were from one to three years, five patients whose age from four to twelve years, four patients whose age from twenty-one to fouty-five years in the group. Eight of them were male, four female. The ureteroscopies were performed on all patients and found difficult for edema and stenosis in ureter or small lumens. The double J was placed in ureter for one to four weeks before the ureteroscopy were performed again. Results It was found that the ureters presented relaxation and dilation after the stents were detained.All patients were succeeded in the second ureteroscopy.All ureter stones were finished and no complications occurred. Conclusion The passive ureteral dilation by stent can increase achievement ratio and decrease risk for ureteroscopy and is very useful for pediatric ureteral stone.
