莫沙必利联合复方消化酶治疗老年餐后不适综合征型功能性消化不良的效果观察

目的探讨莫沙必利联合复方消化酶治疗老年餐后不适综合征型功能性消化不良的效果。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月在沈阳市大众医院进行治疗的老年餐后不适综合征型功能性消化不良患者53例,依据治疗方法的不同分为观察组26例和对照组27例,对照组给予莫沙必利治疗,观察组给予莫沙必利联合复方消化酶治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗总有效率观察组为92.3%,高于对照组的81.5%,但两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为15.4%,高于对照组的7.4%,但两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).观察组功能性消化不良生活质量量表各维度评分和总分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(PV0.05)。结论对于老年餐后不适综合征型功能性消化不良患者,在莫沙必利治疗基础上给予复方消化酶,能够提高疗效和患者生活质量,且不会增加不良反应,值得推广使用。

Effect of Mosapride Combined with Compound Digestive Enzymes on Functional Dyspepsia in Elderly Patients with Postprandial Discomfort Syndrome

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Mosapride combined with compound digestive enzymes in the treatment of functional dyspepsia in elderly patients with postprandial discomfort syndrome.Methods A total of 53 elderly patients with functional dyspepsia with postprandial discomfort syndrome were selected from January 2018 to January 2019 in Shenyang Public Hospital.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into observation group(26 cases)and control group(27 cases).The control group was treated with mosapride,while the observation group was treated with Mosapride combined with compound digestive enzymes.Therapeutic effect was observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 92.3%in the observation group,which was higher than 81.5%in the control group(/*>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 15.4%,higher than 7.4%in the control group(P>0.05).The scores of each dimension and total score of the functional dyspepsia quality of life scale in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For elderly patients with functional dyspepsia of postprandial discomfort syndrome,mosapride combined with compound digestive enzymes can improve the curative effect and the quality of life without increasing adverse reactions.It is worth popularizing.
