老年卧床患者非骨性隆突部位发生压疮的危险因素分析

目的分析老年卧床患者非骨性隆突部位发生压疮的危险因素。方法回顾性选择沈阳市铁西区中心医院2015-2018年收治的因各种疾病所致的老年卧床并有非骨性隆突部位压疮患者91例作为观察组,另选同期卧床但未出现压疮的老年患者91例作为对照组。采用电话随访的方式对入组患者展开问卷调查,主要内容包括:性别、年龄、体重指数(BMI)、营养状况、意识障碍、翻身能力、排便能力、合并老年慢性病等。结果年龄、EMI、营养状况、意识障碍、翻身能力、排便能力和糖尿病情况为非骨性隆突部位压疮发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05).结论相比于骨性隆突部位压疮,非骨性隆突部位压疮容易被忽视;护理工作中,应该警惕老年卧床患者非骨性隆突部位压疮的发生,对其危险因素应该给予预防性干预。

Analysis of the Risk Factors of Pressure Sore in the Non-bony Protrusion Area for the Elderly Bedridden Patients

Objective To analyze the risk factors of pressure sore in the non-bony protrusion area in the elderly bedridden patients.Methods A retrospective study was carried out in 91 patients with bedsores in non-bony protuberance area who were hospitalized in our hospital from 2015 to 2018(observation group)and 91 patients who were in bed but did not have bedsores at the same time(control group).The questionnaire survey was carried out by telephone follow-up.The main contents include:gender,age,body mass index(BMI),nutritional status,consciousness disorder,turning ability,defecation ability,and chronic diseases of the elderly.Results The age,BMI,nutritional status,disturbance of consciousness,turning over ability,defecation ability and diabetes mellitus were independent risk factors for the occurrence of pressure sores in non-bony sites(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the pressure sores in the bony protrusion area,the pressure sores in the non-bony protrusion area are easy to be ignored.In the nursing work,we should pay attention to the occurrence of the pressure sores in the non-bony protrusion area in the elderly bedridden patients,and give preventive intervention to its risk factors.
