儿童EB病毒感染所致肾损伤临床特点分析

目的分析EB病毒(EBV)所致儿童肾损伤的临床特点。方法选择葫芦岛市中心医院儿科2010-2018年收治的儿童EB病毒感染者304例,包括传染性单核细胞增多症245例(A组)和单纯非特异性呼吸道感染症状59例(B组)。比较两组患儿的肾损伤情况,并对EBV-DNA定量与肾损伤的关系进行探讨。结果本研究304例患儿出现肾损伤者占29.61%,最常见肾损伤为单纯蛋白尿,占22.70%;A组和B组患儿肾损伤表现差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).不同EBV-DNA定量亚组间肾损伤分布差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论EBV引起肾损伤的发生率较高,以单纯蛋白尿居多;而肾损伤与EBV-DNA定量无相关性。

Clinical Characteristics of Renal Injury Caused by Epstein Barr Virus Infection in Children

Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics of renal injury in children caused by EBV.Methods A total of 304 children with EB virus infection from 2010 to 2018 were selected,including 245 cases of infectious mononucleosis(group A)and 59 cases of simple nonspecific respiratory tract infection(group B).The relationship between EBV-DNA quantity and renal injury was evaluated.Results In this study,29.61%of 304 children had renal injury,and the most common renal injury was proteinuria(22.70%).There was no significant difference in renal injury between group A and group B(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the distribution of renal injury among different EBV-DNA quantitative subgroups(P>0.05).Conclusion The incidence of renal injury caused by EBV is high,most of which is proteinuria,but there is no correlation between EBV-DNA and renal injury.
